When I feel the pressure and stress of a moment, I try and stay focused on what really matters: family, friends, health. Usually, the career-related stresses exist because I care very much about doing a job correctly and well. When things don't go well, or as planned, I get stressed and try to quickly remove thoughts of the future or past, and respond in the present. Then take the next step, talk myself back to earth and put things back in perspective.
