Just let go. No plans. Nothing. No reason. No other motivation or end goal but just as a meditative process in and of itself. Maybe like a declaration of centeredness in the NOW. A demonstration to the Universe of your completeness in the present moment as YOU ARE. You are perfect, here, now. You have everything you need. Trust yourself to allow emotions to come + go, like thoughts, like leaves floating down the river (including anger + energy of destruction). Maybe allow the dark side. Embrace your whole self. Declutter more. Gain a new energy, when you let go of the old. Take a break. But beyond semantics, words, or reason, it is a decision or a feeling. Something new. Get rid of it. Minimalize more. Wake up. Think less. Give up. Let go. Quit. Just breathe. Lighten the load. One less thing. Easier. Freedom. Allow, but don’t seek or grip.
Its just a long habit. Are you bored? Ready to be born again again, or whatever? Next phase. Greater mobility. Free up energy. Circulate the chi. Experiment. Allow the excitement + enthusiasm, and even the boredom perhaps. Try another level for the same reason you rose to your current level. Keep exploring. Let it go. See what else there is. By letting go, you make room for more, or less, but different and better, for what you need now. The old life is dead + buried. Bored of it? Let it go. If your energy changes, so be it. Be committed to your happiness first + foremost. Therefore, if you are happy doing something totally unthought of, or previously unenvisioned as not leading to happiness, then do that.
Let go of this. Let go of that. Let go of any attachments. Be centered within. You don’t need anything. All you need… is to be. You are complete now as you are. Clarity. It would be better to meditate for weeks and loose all worldly possessions. Let it all go. Put it on the market. Tomorrow is a new day. Be open with wonder, like a child with hope and enthusiasm.
