Auto-pattern matching to danger (“OMG, its back”)

Rehearsing/filtering thoughts

Morning: Child part's storytelling (ancient spin loops)

Mid-day: Performance/visibility at work (must earn paycheck by perfect performing)

Afternoon: Isolation/compulsion (stuck coding. freeze)

Evening: Somatic intensity (SAD-like state)


3. BEST CASE COUNTERBALANCE:

Boundaries vs stories

Time-boxing vs freeze

Walks vs compulsion

Integration vs overwhelm

Circuit breakers

Freedom from constant rehearsal

Raw authenticity possible now

Clear consciousness available
