Mind-Centered Success

Relinquishing control over the external aspects of our lives and turning our focus inward helps us understand where our true successes lie. Working hard and setting an intention to be the best doesn’t always happen as expected since life is full of the unexpected (impermanence). When we learn to control our minds, however, we not only become aware of this but we also are not sidetracked by the unforeseen. Our minds keep us steady amidst life’s ever-changing current (non-clinging). By gaining power over your thoughts, you will achieve success by remaining steady and constant enough to cope with everything that arises
